Food may taste good, but nothing feels better than SKINNYHello! Welcome to my weight loss blog. Ever since high school, I've failed at losing weight. Once college started, I had absolutely no time to exercise, causing me to gain the freshman 15. This year, I am motivated to lose all the weight I've been dreaming of losing, and finally be able to fit into the beautiful clothes I've always wanted to wear. For once in my life, I want to feel good and comfortable in my own body.
But also, I'm not losing weight just to look skinny and pretty in clothes I want to wear. Becoming skinny is just a plus. I want to become healthier and more fit because I'm always so tired after I walk or spend the day. Also, it's very hard for me to lift things or carry things. Even carrying my backpack to class is tiring for me. So this journey to become 115lb is not just to become skinny, but to have more energy to do things and to become a more healthier me.
